4700 Rack-Mounted AC Drive The 4700 series of rack-mounted AC drives offers variable-frequency or flux vector control of small AC induction motors as well as servo control of brushless synchronous motors. Up to seven of these modular units plug into a bookshelf-style card rack. Software packages are available to provide coordinated motion control of multiple motors from a single processor. This series of drives is ideally suited for multiaxis control of small machines or sections of machines using small motors. The 4700 operates from 100-120 V AC single-phase or 200-240 V AC single- or three-phase supplies for power requirements up to 5 hp ( 3.7 kW) .
